Located in downtown Carrollton, Georgia is the existing 3 story City Hall. RAD was brought on to create an addition to the main entrance and solve some circulation issues on the main floor. Also included was an interior renovation, wrapping the vertical core with new copper metal panels, replacing all windows with structurally supported storefront glazing and even adding a rooftop deck and landscape area with a fruit tree! The intent behind this project is to modernize Carrollton City Hall into a more attractive and inviting space for the citizens and workers who use the space.
