RAD designed a 3,500 SF food hall made up of 14 shipping containers sitting on elevated concrete piers. Centrally located is a ghost kitchen that 8 tenants share. Included are seating areas around the perimeter as well as a large roof deck for dining. This project is currently being permitted and scheduled to start construction very soon.
