This project consisted of a pre-engineered metal building that is +/- 8,000 SF (warehouse/w restroom), the second is the offices of FLEXTC constructed out of their flex units and are +/- 8,000 SF, the third building is a fabric structure (+/- 8,000 SF) and includes fabric partitions to separate equipment and contain a wet and dry area.
