Completed in 2018, Fire Station 22 is a $1.5 million, 7,400 SF new-build for the City of Carrollton. Delivered via Design, Bid, Build method, the project successfully met all of the Owner’s budgetary, scheduling, and design objectives. Our team collaborated closely with the Fire Chief to ensure the facility addressed the department's specific operational goals. Key program elements include two apparatus bays, a fitness gym, a communal bunk room, a Lieutenant’s office, dedicated gear and extractor rooms, and fire pole.
