Located right here in our hometown of Villa Rica we have Georgia's only gold museum located on the site of an actual gold strike and West Georgia's only authentic 19th century gold stamp mill. The Pine Mountain Gold Museum at Stockmar Park tells the story of the Villa Rica mines through exhibits in the 4,800-square-foot museum and intact ruins of Pine Mountain's gold mines. You can trek around the mountain on the Golden Nugget engine, pan for gold and gemstones, explore miles of trails within the 27-acre park and once constructed you will be able to pet/feed/water the animals at the new farm animal exhibit Stockmar Barn designed by us here at RAD. We are proud to be working with our hometown and help create new experiences for our local residents but also for visitors from all over.
