Needed: Architect / Designer

RAD is seeking to add a 5th member to our design studio with 4+ years’ experience to fulfill the role of Architect / Designer. This position is offered with a flexible location, our goal is to attract like-minded creatives without the barrier of location. We do desire for candidates to be located within the state of Georgia and the ability to gather when needed. Creative problem-solving results are greater for our clients when a team can collaborate and build on each other’s ideas.

Candidates will be required to work on all phases of the architectural process from inception to construction. One week you might be designing a new mixed-use facility for a local non-profit, then the next week need to be on a site visit to verify a pay application and if a contractor has installed a roofing detail properly. We are a very collaborative studio with diverse projects that always give back. Candidate must have well-rounded design skills in architecture, strong graphic and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work in a small team environment. RAD is looking for a Architect / Design Associate to assist us with several upcoming, new projects. We are looking for someone who has all (or at least most) of the following attributes:

Accredited Professional or Graduate degree in Architecture with 4 + years’ experience.

Knowledge of 3D modeling, Construction Documentation, Revit, Collaboration Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam, Lumion
Skilled at multitasking and working towards multiple deadlines.

Anticipated salary ranges from $68,000 - $88,000 based on experience and demonstrated knowledge. We have 2 locations we meet weekly as needed, here in Villa Rica and Atlanta (West End) but don’t let these locations prohibit you from applying.
