Mixed Use Space in ATLANTA, GA
Having sat dormant for many years, RAD was brought into a breath of new life with this historically significant structure. Working with the Wheat Street Foundation we were able to restore this former cabaret into a mixed use space that will serve the community in providing office spaces and a restaurant.
Social Impact
Working with our client, the Wheat Street Charitable Foundation (Wheat Street Baptist Church) as well as CAP (Central Atlanta Progress) this adaptive reuse renovation will provide office space for local non-profits and businesses doing good for the community.
